By using FeaturedOn’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
FeaturedOn provides media placement services, including strategy consultation, professional writing, and distribution to verified news outlets. We guarantee placement on Yahoo Finance, AP News, MarketWatch, and 447+ other outlets as described at the time of purchase.
3. Payment
Payment is due as specified in your order. We accept credit card, ACH/wire, and Net-30 terms for qualified businesses. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Your Content
You grant FeaturedOn the right to use your name, logo, and provided content for the purpose of creating and distributing your story. You represent that you have the right to provide such content.
5. Limitation of Liability
FeaturedOn’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
